Original property, immaculately clean, excellent service and good value. Neat and brand-new room with climate control, two TVs and vaulted ceiling.

We had the most really great few days there. The place was terrific and clean, it had very good staff and location.

It was excellent time in Pigeon Forge. The hotel was clean and quiet, I liked its nice staff and location.

Had a very nice stay for a long time, everything was good. The breakfast was included and consisted of fruit, pancakes, eggs, cereals and yogurt. No complaints, I would recommend, I loved it.

Good value for cost, picturesque location. Staff was really kind, the hotel was traditional. Venue was tidy. The beach nearby was nice and the view was fabulous. I loved an affordable restaurant with an Asian menu. All the services were perfect here.

Breakfast was amazing and we got an excellant room, it was a fairly nice experience. Loved a safe box, a microwave oven and a writing desk in the room. This hotel was in an nice area.

Extraordinarily friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Hip new hotel located close enough to the river as well as restaurants. Again, it was not far from Rockin' Raceway Arcade Amusement Center. Great facilities and the pool was great.

There were terrace and closet space in the room, loved that. The hotel was in an remote setting. Btw, I was not too far from The Island in Pigeon Forge Amusement Park. With efficient check-in and late check-out, this venue was convenient.

Brilliant location, the hotel was lovely and clean. The staff was all absolutely excellent! Rooms were silent and silent with lovely beds. I usually went to Firehouse Subs to grab a bite. Food was yummy and I have nothing but restful memories from this trip.

Best experience there. The staff was immensely pleasant, the room was fashioned, bed was exceptionally comfortable. Generally everything was new, even so the bathroom was old. Heated swimming pool and perfect location.

The staff was GRACIOUS and we really enjoyed buffet breakfast. The hotel is in a quiet area and within a walking distance of everything. The room was equipped with central heating, a laptop-compatible safe and a coffee maker.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Very clean designer hotel, very spacious rooms. Property's penthouse suite was ideal for family; for example it included climate control, an individual safe and a seating area. Popped in bennett's pit bar-b-que for shots before sleep, it was at a near distance from the venue.

The hotel was set easy walk to christmas place. We enjoyed staying at country cascades...

satisfying breakfast for the start of the day. the indoor pool was useful during our city break.

I liked that there was a bathtub. Everything I needed, like Smoky Mountain Car Museum was placed just a walk down to the hotel. 500 metres from the venue you'll find Lumberjack Feud, you'll definitely enjoy your meal.

Nothing to fault.

Fine breakfast - 3 star level. It truly was a great experience. Pool available in the hotel. Such amazing tourist destinations as Ultrazone were in front of this place.
